We typically deal with repairs to woven portions of rattan/wicker only. If it has anything to do with the structural support, we would recommend you get a new one from us.

Repair Policies.

Repairs of 3 items or more: 50% deposit at time of drop-off and 100% if repairs are to carried out at your location or Organization.

Payments due at time of pick up

All weaving is done with virgin unfinished material. We no longer stain cane repairs completed at The Rattaya.
We do not evaluate, appraise or purchase old wicker or rattan furniture.
